Payment methods
You may use the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
If the bank rejects your card, you should verify that:
- The card is not expired. Check that your card does not exceed the expiry date.
- The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
- Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.
Can I get an invoice on behalf of my company?
Yes. You only must fill in the Company field and the CIF field in the registration form.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, the card data is only entered on a page owned by a bank and transmitted in an encrypted way. Teté & Martina only knows the result of the operation, not having access to any data of the card introduced.
Deliveries
You can receive your order at the address you choose (home, work, etc, but not in a PO box).
Delivery times may vary depending on destination. For shipments to Spain, delivery may take 3 to 4 working days. For international shipments, delivery may take 5 to 7 working days.
The delivery costs depend on the destination and are specified during the purchase process. For orders from the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands above €150, postage is free.
If you need to send your order to another country, it must appear in the drop-down list at the time of entering the shipping address. Otherwise, please contact Teté & Martina at info@teteymartina.com
Returns
The deadline to make a return is up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- For orders made from the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands
The client will send an email to info@teteymartina.com informing about the item they wish to return up to máximo 14 dí14 days after receiving their order.
Teté & Martina will respond to their email informing them of the date of withdrawal of the package. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer. The cost is €6.00 and will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
- For other orders
The client will send an email informing of the return up to 7 days after receiving their order to info@teteymartina.com and send the return to the following address on your own, assuming the shipping costs. The return must be received at our address up to 15 days after receiving the order.
The address is Teté & Martina, C/Escoriaza y Fabro, 1 4ºD 50010 Zaragoza (Spain).
Make sure the items are returned new, unused and with all the tags. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Teté & Martina reserves the right to refuse returns which have been communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions as when they were received.
Once that it is verified that the returned item is in perfect condition, the corresponding amount will be returned on the card with which the purchase was made with.
Changes
If you wish to change an item purchased through the website, you must request such change by writing an email to info@teteymartina.com, stating your order number, up to 7 days after receiving your order. Teté & Martina will answer the email informing you about the date of withdrawal of the package and, also, informing you of the postage cost of the change should any be.

Orders
The price of the products will be the one always shown on our website, except in case of manifest error. Although we try to make sure that all prices listed on the page are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and will give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If we cannot contact you, the order will be considered as cancelled and you will be reimbursed entirely for the amount that has been paid.
If an item is sold out, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If there was no stock, we would remove it from the website.
teteymartina.com only sells items in perfect condition, so if you exceptionally get an item with some defect, please get in touch with our customer service department.
The size guide is illustrative, it may vary for some garments depending on their design, pattern or fabric type. If you have questions about what size to choose, please contact us.
If at any time, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not requested, please contact our customer service department.
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by clicking on “Have you forgotten your details?” in the login screen. You will receive an email with your new password.
